SHIPPING METHODS

  • THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER! All orders ship from Lansing, Michigan within 24 hours of order submission. Our shipping methods are USPS,UPS and FedEx. Free standard shipping when applicable is between 3-7 business days.

  • After the product ships, Mikel Dana will send an email to the customer listed on the billing address of each order. This email will contain shipping information including the shipping company name, phone number and your shipment tracking number.

  • We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier such as delayed items, damages, or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of nature such as inclement weather or any other unforeseen interference with carrier routes. RETURN POLICY (if applicable)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days after date of delivery. Returns MUST INCLUDE all original packaging. All return shipping cost are the responsibility of the sender. Once our return department receives and inspects your return we will email a notification of receipt with approval or rejection of refund. If a returned item is accepted the refund will be processed immediately and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • If a return item is rejected we will notify you via email as to the reason(s) for the rejection of refund, reason(s) of which may include: the return of damaged products, used products, used accessories, missing pieces or missing components, etc. Returns may incur a 15% restocking fee. Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer via USPS within 7-10 business days of notice.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable)

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days contact your credit card company or financial institution. If you have taken the steps above and have not received your refund after 10 business days, provide documentation from your credit card provider or banking institution and contact Customer Support by email at support@mikeldana.com.

CANCELLATIONS

  • We accept cancellations before your order is shipped. Customers will receive a full refund once the order is successfully cancelled. We cannot cancel any order if the product has been shipped. For assistance with cancellations contact Customer Support at support@mikeldana.com.
